Allen & Heath have partnered with software developer Cakewalk to include SONAR LE music creation and audio production software with the ZED‑14, providing a powerful digital audio workstation.
What's great about the Allen & Heath ZED‑14
The feature set is incredibly advanced for a mixer at this level. ZED‑14 offers 13 independent sources to the mix, 10 independent outputs, four aux sends, USB send/return for recording and playback, a unique dual‑stereo input capability and advanced monitoring facilities. It is packed with features you would expect to find on far more expensive consoles.
ZED‑14 can be used for many different tasks — live performance with plug‑in effects via USB, live recording, studio recording with Cakewalk, or mixing down to create your own 2‑track productions.
Allen & Heath’s chief designer, Mike Griffin, developed the DuoPre™ mic preamplifier used in the ZED‑14. DuoPre™ combines an optimised line‑input circuit with the microphone preamp to deliver exceptional clarity, high headroom and a clean, uncoloured sound.

Order weight is calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest. As of 11/9/25, capped $11.00 to $19.50 for up to 15 kg to most areas. For orders under $50, options are Standard Postage $11.00 or Express Shipping for $19.50. Orders over $1,000 ship for free*. Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You can instruct us to ask the courier to leave your parcel unattended in a safe place, although please be aware that if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option. If using a work address, please include the business's name.
