Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to either a display error or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an item is priced incorrectly, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the said incorrectly priced product. If you have been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled we shall refund you for the full amount.

Security

All our e-commerce transactions as well as all content on this site is encrypted, making use of an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption, as displayed by the SSL padlock icon up in the top left of your browser's address bar.

Warranty

Each product's warranty length is at the bottom of it's description. Primarily warranty covers defects in a product due to faulty materials or workmanship as long as the product is being used for its intended purpose. A product's respective warranty period is from the date of original purchase. To make a claim you will need your Cannon Online Invoice as proof of purchase. Items returned shall be at the expense and risk of the owner whilst in transit.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Fuse replacement - where the fuse is accessible from outside, the repair is not covered by warranty.
  • Any repairs which need to be made to any product due to abuse, dirt, negligence or moisture will not be covered by warranty.
  • Burnt speaker coils, crossovers or diaphragms.
  • Warranty is voided if someone other than the product's authorised service agent opens or attempts repair of a product.
  • Warranty does not cover cross-faders, phono/line switches, styli, guitar amplifier valves, lamps, leads and other items or accessories subject to wear and tear.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Availability

If any part of your order is not available we will notify you prior to processing it. At this point we will give you an ETA and you can elect to either wait, select an alternative if available or have a refund.

Returns Policy

Cannon Sound And Light Pty Ltd will accepted stock for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • it is in original, unopened and undamaged packaging
  • in the case of licensed software it is still sealed
  • you have beforehand contacted our Customer Service Officer for a return authorization
  • If goods are returned for any of the above reasons, any shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
  • If Dead On Arrival, Damaged In Transit or Incorrectly Shipped by us we will organise for the collection of goods and cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or in a damaged or un-sellable state will be exchanged/refunded at Cannon Sound And Light's discretion, possibly at a reduced refund or exchange value, less any return shipping costs borne by us
  • Please ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us. Do not write on or attach labels directly to the product being returned; otherwise, the return may not be accepted, as stock and/or packaging will be deemed damaged
