Fast delivery with tracking and signature on delivery. If the order exceeds 15kg, the Express Shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Requirements

Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9am and 5pm on weekdays to avoid redelivery charges.

You may request that the parcel be left in a safe place, but if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier can be held responsible.

If more than one delivery attempt is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

Work addresses are a great option — please include the business name at checkout.

Important Notes

• Some bulky or heavy items may incur additional freight charges.
• Free or flat‑rate shipping does not apply to Australian remote island locations or some remote mainland areas. We will contact you if extra charges apply.
• We cannot ship to Australia Post Parcel Lockers when payment is made by credit card or zipMoney.

Vinyl Shipping

All vinyl records are shipped in rigid LP mailers designed to protect against corner damage, seam splits, and bending during transit, thus ensuring safe delivery.

Vinyl orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post with full tracking. Handling time is 0–2 business days, and delivery is typically 1–5 business days depending on your location.
