Allen & Heath have partnered with software developer Cakewalk to include SONAR LE music creation and audio production software with the ZED‑22FX, providing a powerful digital audio workstation.
What's great about the Allen & Heath ZED‑22FX
In addition to the DuoPre™ mic preamps, 100mm faders and MusiQ EQ section shared across the ZED range, the ZED‑22FX includes 16 unique effects designed by the Allen & Heath DSP team.
The ZED‑22FX is easily controlled using three buttons and nine LEDs. You can quickly tap in the ideal delay time or dial in the perfect amount of reverb on vocals. Navigation and editing are straightforward — similar to using effects pedals. Holding the TAP button while pressing the up or down button adjusts the effect parameter (for example, on Patch 9 “Plate,” this changes the decay length). The layout is designed to be logical and instantly recognisable in dark venues, making it a mixer you can trust on stage.
The USB audio interface offers flexible routing, allowing different signals to be sent to USB from LR or selected aux buses. The USB return can be routed directly to the LR mix or to a stereo channel. All connectors are placed on the top panel for easy access, and the construction — with individual circuit boards firmly nutted to the top panel — is as solid as Allen & Heath’s top‑of‑the‑range ML Series mixers.

Order weight is calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest. As of 11/9/25, capped $11.00 to $19.50 for up to 15 kg to most areas. For orders under $50, options are Standard Postage $11.00 or Express Shipping for $19.50. Orders over $1,000 ship for free*. Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You can instruct us to ask the courier to leave your parcel unattended in a safe place, although please be aware that if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option. If using a work address, please include the business's name.
