If you are after a complete stage please feel free to Contact Us with the total size in square metres and the height required, the delivery location and inform us of any optional extras such as steps, guard rails, cases and skirts you are after. We will then do our best to email a quote back to you (with a delivered price) within one working day. We can provide this on official letterhead if so requested.
Order weight is calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest. As of 21/5/26, shipping is capped for orders up to 15 kg to most areas.
For orders under $100, Standard Postage is $13.50.
For orders from $100 to $1,000, Express Shipping is $22.
Orders over $1,000 ship for free*.
Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You may request that the parcel be left in a safe place, but if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option — if using a work address, please include the business name.
Vinyl records are packed in rigid LP mailers with corner protection and internal padding to prevent damage in transit.
