Coming From Reality is the second and final studio album from the legendary Rodriguez. Originally released in 1971, the album further showcased the Detroit singer-songwriter's gift for poetic storytelling, social commentary and timeless melodies, qualities that would later earn him worldwide recognition through the Academy Award-winning documentary Searching For Sugar Man.
Featuring fan favourites including "Climb Up On My Music", "A Most Disgusting Song" and "Cause", the album blends folk, rock and psychedelic influences with Rodriguez's distinctive lyrical style. Though overlooked upon its original release, Coming From Reality has since become regarded as a cult classic and an essential chapter in one of music's most remarkable stories.
This remastered 180-gram vinyl edition has been newly mastered by Alex Abrash and brings this enduring classic back to vinyl for a new generation of listeners.

Order weight is calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest. As of 21/5/26, shipping is capped for orders up to 15 kg to most areas.
For orders under $100, Standard Postage is $13.50.
For orders from $100 to $1,000, Express Shipping is $22.
Orders over $1,000 ship for free*.
Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You may request that the parcel be left in a safe place, but if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option — if using a work address, please include the business name.
Vinyl records are packed in rigid LP mailers with corner protection and internal padding to prevent damage in transit.
