Celestion ‘Blackbacks’ are well known as 1970s variations of Greenback speakers. The reason for the change in can colour is lost in the mists of time, but arguably the most celebrated Blackback of all is T1511: the G12M with 55Hz ‘bass cone’. Inextricably linked with players such as Free’s Paul Kossoff, whose famously sweet sustain lasted for miles, T1511 is the very essence of the Celestion tone; bringing together punch, sparkle and a midrange you just might not be able to live without.

Order weight is calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest. As of 21/5/26, shipping is capped for orders up to 15 kg to most areas.
For orders under $100, Standard Postage is $13.50.
For orders from $100 to $1,000, Express Shipping is $22.
Orders over $1,000 ship for free*.
Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You may request that the parcel be left in a safe place, but if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option — if using a work address, please include the business name.
Vinyl records are packed in rigid LP mailers with corner protection and internal padding to prevent damage in transit.
