The Palmer Audio PAN02 is an active DI box that can be powered by a 9V battery or 48V phantom power. With its high‑impedance input, it delivers a higher output level than passive DI boxes. The active circuitry provides 1 MΩ input impedance and higher input sensitivity (typical difference between input and output: –4 dB). Maximum output level with phantom power is +10 dBu. The output is transformer‑balanced, and the special “floating ground” circuitry allows ground lift even when using phantom power. The metal housing measures 110 × 73 × 42 mm.

Order weight is calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest. As of 21/5/26, shipping is capped for orders up to 15 kg to most areas.

Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You may request that the parcel be left in a safe place, but if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option — if using a work address, please include the business name.
Vinyl records are packed in rigid LP mailers with corner protection and internal padding to prevent damage in transit.
