Guitar is Mac DeMarco’s first full studio album since 2019’s Here Comes The Cowboy — a return to form that captures Mac at his most personal, playful, and quietly introspective. Written, performed, and recorded entirely by Mac over a tight 12‑day stretch in November 2024 at his home studio in Los Angeles, the album reflects a period of focus and clarity.
After the sprawling 199‑track One Wayne G and the instrumental travelogue Five Easy Hot Dogs, Guitar brings Mac back to concise songwriting, warm tones, and the unmistakable charm that made him a modern indie icon. Mac himself describes the album as “as close to a true representation of where I'm at in my life today as I can manage to put to paper”.

For orders under $100, Standard Postage is $13.50.
For orders from $100 to $1,000, Express Shipping is $22.
Orders over $1,000 ship for free*.
Express Shipping covers one delivery attempt, so please provide an address where someone is available to sign for courier delivery between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. You may request that the parcel be left in a safe place, but if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Work addresses are a great delivery option — if using a work address, please include the business name.
Vinyl records are packed in rigid LP mailers with corner protection and internal padding to prevent damage in transit.
