- Order weight is based and calculated on whichever of the dead (actual) or volumetric weight is the greatest.
- Shipping and transit insurance will be added at the next page of check out.
- The above does not apply to Australian remote island locations, some mainland remote locations (WA / NT) or outside Australia. For more on shipping please click here.
- Express delivery charge is to cover one delivery attempt. We, therefore request to avoid redelivery charges, that you give us an address where someone is available to sign for delivery between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Work addresses are a great delivery option! If using these please include the name of the business.
- You can instruct us (in writing as a note on the shopping cart page, or in an email straight after placing order) to ask the courier to leave your parcel unattended in a safe place. Please be aware that if anything happens to the parcel, neither we nor the courier company can be held responsible. Please do not ask us to request that the courier driver phone you 5 or 20 minutes prior to delivery, as in over 20 years we have found that this in all probability will probably not happen!
- We will not ship to Australia Post Parcel lockers if you pay by credit card or zipMoney.

if we refund (partially or fully) any PayPal money that you pay us for any reason (other than  us not being able to supply the goods purchased or  delivery fee in the event that you are collecting an order or  faulty goods being returned), we will refund you the total amount less any fees that PayPal originally charged us for the transaction.
