DuraTex is America's #1 Speaker Cabinet Coating designed to provide beauty and protection to wood speaker cabinets and road cases. Available now in half litre, 1 litre and 3.8 litre sizes, DuraTex is a superior performance Texture Coating that's easy to apply, beautiful and tough. This litre trial kit will give you enough DuraTex to coat say four 12" speaker cabs.
DuraTex has tremendous adhesion to wood and other substrates. It rolls on easily with our special texture roller to create a tough, beautiful, weather resistant and easily maintained texture surface.
DuraTex is a blend of highly technical polymers, and special LOW V.O.C coalescents for creating beautiful high relief, durable textures. DuraTex requires no special primers because it's self priming.
With one gallon of DuraTex (doing a couple of coats) you can cover up to 9 square metres.
Test Drive DuraTex Roller Grade before buying a whole gallon. OR... it's just the right size for a smaller project or a recoat.
This DuraTex in a bag, in a box along with a texture roller gives you everything you need to give DuraTex a real good Test Run or to do that rehab you've wanted to do without having to buy a whole gallon.
This Kit is 1 quart or 0.95 Litres (for those of us in metric land) of BLACK and is just right to do 20 to 24 square feet ( a little over two square metres) of speaker cabinet surface ~ enough for say four 18” x 12” x 12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm) cabinets with two full coats for each cabinet.
